Target Audience

You are a suitable candidate for this course if:

  • You have completed the EMCC Level 3 – Internal Coach Development Programme and wish to upgrade your accreditation status to Practitioner.
  • On rare occasions, candidates who already have significant coaching experience and qualifications may apply to attend directly.

Approach

This programme goes straight into the second half or Practitioner level of the Certificate in Executive Coaching and follows that syllabus precisely.

The course has been added to the portfolio of programmes so that individuals can complete their certification in two parts.

Whilst it is possible to undertake the Certificate programme in two halves, at separate times, we recommend attending it in full in order to gain the best learning experience.

Accreditation

This programme has a dual accreditation with both EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and AC (the Association for Coaching). On graduation, learners may select which accrediting body they wish to be part of.

Graduates who wish to be accredited with EMCC will automatically gain that accreditation. Those who wish to be accredited with AC will have access to an accelerated route to accreditation.

Online Learning Platform

We use a very user-friendly online learning platform which acts as a secure base for all the work that we do over the 12-month period.

All the handouts contained within the programme will be available here, along with homework assignments and space for community discussion.

The platform acts as a container for the learning journey undertaken by participants. Each module gets unlocked at the right time, and all learner requirements are made clear and visible.

Progress is indicated visually, and overdue tasks are highlighted.
Each module has a Community Discussion area where participants will share resources and reflections. Sessions are also followed up with a fun quiz.
